MedICUs Paediatric v5.0 | Activating the PICANet Web Referral and Transfer screens

To activate the new PICANet referral and transport fields take the following simple steps.

1. From the main screen select File > Preferences
2. On the General tab ensure the option 'XML Web export' is selected.

To access the newly activated fields follow these steps:

1. From the Admission screen 'Source of admission' must be set to 'Other hospital'
2. A button titled 'Transfer info' will appear alongside the field 'Hospital name'. Click this button to open the 'Transfer data' window containing the new screens. See below.
